Health & Safety

Risk assessments are undertaken by us at every Boogie Baba venue. As parents and carers, we are sure you are aware that although every effort is taken to ensure that our environment is safe and the props used are in good condition and age appropriate, accidents can occur to children in the safest of environments. Please ensure that you always supervise your child during the session as Boogie Baba cannot be held responsible for accident or injury incurred.

Session leaders are equipped to sanitise relevant equipment between sessions. We check quality and cleanliness of all our props regularly.

Session leaders have public liability cover along with a valid criminal records check. These are on hand to view at each session. Boogie Baba takes child potection very seriously and we adhere to a company Child Protection Policy.

Class Information

At Boogie Baba we want to ensure that both you and your child receive all the guidance and encouragement that you need to experience a truly magical time. These sessions have been created so that children can be free to be themselves. Parents do not need to take part, but we ask that you watch over your child during the session and support them when needed by them.

The Boogie Baba environment is both relaxed and social, and after the 45-minute session we allow for 15-minutes free play in which children can continue to interact and socialise and so can the parents or carers.

If your baby needs feeding or changing during the session, please feel free to do so. If a younger baby sleeps or an older baby or toddler simply observes, they are still experiencing the session.

The session leader will start on time, and we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes beforehand to avoid any disruption during the session. Mobile phones must be either off or on silent. We ask that no food is consumed during the Boogie Baba session, unless for medical reasons.

Photography and Videos

From time to time, we will take photos and film parts of our classes. If for whatever reason you are unhappy to use images or videos of your child for marketing purposes across Boogie Baba in the UK, please do let us know.
